摘  要:在云南省稻瘟病菌的有性世代研究中,发现了10个从水稻上分离的两性菌株(Hermaphrodicisolate ).它们与龙爪稷上分离的A或a交配型标准菌株交配,在接触部的两侧各产生了一到子囊壳.有的组合A、B两侧的子囊壳形态和大小差别不大,另一些组合则差异很大.但子囊和子囊孢子却都没有明显的形态区别.用其中属A交配型的5个菌株与属a交配型的5个菌株交配,有8个组合形成了子囊壳及成熟的子囊、子囊孢子,3个组合仅产生了子囊壳.用每转管移植一次后都与配对的标准菌株交配的方法,连续经过5次转管移植,证明这些稻瘟病两性菌株有性世代的形成能力是比较稳定的,产生子囊壳的数量不会因转管移植而减少.10 hermaphroditic isolates were found by Pyricularia oryzae ioslated from rice plant in Yunnan orovince mating with standard isolates of lagi-strain belonging to two mating types. The morphology and the measurement of the perthecia on two sides were different in some crosses and the same in others. But the asci and ascospores we:e in general agreement with each other. 8 crosses developed mature perithecia in mating of 5 hermaphroditic ioslates belonging to mating-type A with the rest 5 belonging to mating-type a,3 crosses developed perithecia but failed to develop asci and ascospores. Change in quantity of Perithecia was searched on a PSA slant at 5 times during the serial transfer of 5 hermaphroditic isolates. The resuits showed that the fertility of heramphroditic islates is stable.
