摘 要:对铜山矿φ 3.2 × 3.1m格子型球磨机动态钢球综合充填率35%、42%和50%状况下,钢球的运动轨迹。抛落量、落下冲砸速度及运转负荷等进行物理及数学分析计算。论证了磨矿能力随钢球综合充填率的增加而大幅度提高,负荷在额定钢球综合充填率45%(相当于动态钢球综合充填率的42%)状况下为最大,超过45%负荷反而下降。若对磨机加快转速和进出料装置进行改进,钢球综合充填率到最佳,使冲击合力矩负荷为0,甚至转变成动力,将大幅度提高磨机生产能力,节电降耗。The paper physically analyzes and mathematically calculates the motion trajectory, magnitude of throwing the motion trajectory, magnitude of throwing up and falling down and falling impact velocity of balls and operating load for the^3.2 x 3. lm grate ball mill used for copper ore mine in the condition of the dynamic ball charge ratio of 35%, 42% and 50% respectively, and demonstrates that the grinding capacity of the ball mill is greatly increased with the increase of the comprehensive ball charge ratio. and that the load is up to maximum in the case of the rated ball change ratio of 45%(corresponding to the dynamic ball charge ratio of 42%) and the load will be reduced when the charge ratio is more than 45%. If the rotating speed of the mill is speeded up and the feed and discharge devices of the mill is improved to make the ball charge ratio attain optimal value, the impact resultant force can be made to be zero, even to become motive power, the operation out put of the mill will be greatly in creased, and the power consumption of the mill will be cut.
