离心磨矿机分批产品粒度分布模型研究

摘　　要：根据质量守恒理论分析研究了离心磨矿机的碎矿特点，建立了离心磨矿机分批产品料度分布模型。在此基础上，讨论了模型的一般解即对破碎产品的粒度分布进行了预测。通过试验进行比较验证，其预测结果与试验结果基本吻合。Based on the mass conservation law, the paper analyzes and studies the working characteristic of a centrifugal mill, establishes the size distribution model of the batching product of the mill, and analyzes and discusses the general solution of the modes, in other word, forecasts the size distribution of the product. Finally, the result is tested and verified by experiment, which shows that the forecasted result basically coincides with the tested one.
