摘　　要：目的 :探讨骨膜带血管自体骨对促进异体骨固定的治疗。方法 :回顾性分析总结了 13例骨膜带血管自体骨促进异体骨固定的临床资料。结果 :13例因人工关节翻修手术造成股骨上段骨缺损经骨膜带血管的自体骨促进异体骨固定的治疗 ,术后 10例随访 1～ 4.5年 ,效果满意。结论 :股骨上段大段骨缺损的病例较少 ,但治疗困难。除应用定制的长柄假体外 。Objective: To probe the new method for the treatment of autologous bone with periosteum and vein accelerate the homologous bone fixation.Methods:Analyze and summarize thirteen cases about the autologous bone with periosteum and vein accelerate the homologous bone fixation retrospectively.Results:Thirteen cases that proximal half femur which was damaged by the rivision operation.The mechanical arthrosis is resumed well by the mentioned therapy.It has been reviewed succedently for one to four and half years after the operation.Conclusions:The case of proximal half femur great scarcity is not too many,but there is much difficulty to treat this disease.It is a good idea to use the way of transplanting homologous bone meanwhile accelerating fixation with autologous bone with periosteum and vein,plus artificial instrument with long hand.
