摘  要:目的研究不同剂量灵芝对体外培养的大鼠肺微血管内皮细胞的增殖与凋亡的影响。方法在体外培养肺微血管内皮细胞中做细胞增殖曲线 ,用流式细胞仪分析细胞周期及细胞凋亡的变化。结果培养中加入灵芝 (2.75mg/ml)后第4d开始细胞增殖 ,第7d达高峰(与阴性对照比 )。流式细胞仪分析 ,各剂量组G2-M期细胞明显增多 (与阴性对照比 ) ,但细胞凋亡百分率无显著变化。结论灵芝能促进体外培养的肺微血管内皮细胞增殖作用 ,此作用对保护内皮损伤。Objective To study the effects of Ling Zhi with different dosages on the proliferation and apoptosis in culture of rat′s pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells(RPMEC).Methods To make a cell proliferation curve in the cultured RPMEC. To analyse the change in cell cycle and apoptosis using cytoflowmeter.Results 4 days after administration of Ling Zhi(2.75mg/ml)cell proliferation began and the highest peak reached at 7th day as compared with negative control. 24h after culture the cell percent of G2-M phase in cell cycle increased in different dosage groups, but there was no significent change in apoptosis using flowcytometer method. Conclusions Ling Zhi may stimulate the proliferatiion of cultured RPMEC. It playes an important role in protection from injury of RPMEC and accelerating its repairing.
