保心包贴膜对心肌缺血的影响

摘　　要：目的研究保心包贴膜有否抗心肌缺血的作用。方法在大鼠冠脉结扎致心肌缺血模型上 ,观察本品对心电图、心肌收缩性、血清生化指标、心肌梗塞面积等影响。结果本品5、10、20g/kg剂量范围内减少心律失常发生频率 ,改善心电图ST段变化 ,对抗心肌缺血后LDH、CPK和MDA的升高和缩小心肌梗塞面积 ;尚能部分对抗心肌缺血后dp/dtmax、Vmax、Vpm的降低和LVEDP、-dP/dtmax、LVET和心肌耗氧量的升高。Objective To observe the effects of Baoxinbao paster on antimyocardial ischemia. Methods Baoxinbao paster was applied on rat abdoman for four days, the ligature model of left coronary artery was made on forth day after giving the medication. The effects of Baoxinbao paster on ECG,contractility of myocardium, biochemical change in serum and the scope of myocardial infarction were observed.Results 5,10,20g/kg of the medication could reduce the scope of myocardial infarction, depress ST segment on ECG record, suppress arrythmic occurrence and reverse the increase in LDH, CPK and MDA in serum after myocardial ischemia. 10,20g/kg of Baoxinhao paster also partially antagonized the decrease in dp/dtmax, Vmax, Vpm and the increase in LVEDP, _dp/dtmax, LVET and myocardial oxygen consumption, which were induced by coronary ligature. Conclusions The results were showed that the paster of Baoxinbao was effective in the treatment of myocardial ischemia in rats.
