摘　　要：目的探讨胃十二指肠球部小动脉出血急症诊治的相关因素。方法对胃十二指肠球部小动脉出血28例急诊手术 ,37例保守治疗的有关诊治资料进行统计学处理。结果急诊胃镜前胃内冲洗止血处理诊断率明显高于对照组 ,急诊手术组病变位于胃体、不伴溃疡、应激的发生率明显高于非手术组。结论冰盐水加去甲肾上腺素洗胃有助于急诊胃镜对小动脉出血的诊断 ;机体应激时、不伴溃疡。Objective To study the related factors in diagnosis and treatment of small artery hemorrhage of stomach and duodenum in emergency.Methods To make statistic analyses of cases of small artery hemorrhage of stomach and duodenum, of which 28 cases had emergency operation, 37 cases had no operation.Results The diagnosis rate of cases with endogastric irrigation is higher than that of those without irrigation under emergency endoscopy; the rates of hemorrhage occurring on the gastric body, cases without ulcer and cases with stress reaction are all higher than the non-operation group. Conclusions Ice normal saline with noradrenerine endogastric irrigation is conducive to the diagnosis of small artery hemorrhage under gastroscopy; cases of small artery hemorrhage of gastric body with stress reaction or without ulcer are the indications of emergency operation.
