香丹注射液治疗中风先兆证临床疗效的比较研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察香丹注射液治疗中风先兆证的临床疗效。方法 :10 3例中风先兆证患者随机分验证组 5 2例 (静滴香丹注射液 )和对照组 5 1例 (静滴红花注射液 )。观察药物对患者临床积分疗效及内皮素 1(ET 1)、一氧化氮 (NO)、血小板膜表面黏附因子 (CD6 2 P)等参数的干预效果。结果 :验证组总有效率 91.30 % ,对照组为6 0 .80 % (P<0 .0 5 )。给药后验证组 ET 1、NO、CD6 2 P分别为 (81.2 8± 19.5 6 ) ng/L、(89.4 1± 12 .35 ) mm ol/L和 (1.32± 0 .0 4 ) % ,均较给药前显著改善 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ,与对照组比较也均有显著差异 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :香丹注射液不仅能明显改善中风先兆证症状 ,且可显著改变患者血管内皮、血小板活化功能。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiangdan injection(香丹注射液) in treating stroke portent syndrome.Methods:One hundred and three patients with stroke portent syndrome were randomly divided into verification group(52 cases) with intravenous Xiangdan injection,and control group (51 cases) with intravenous Honghua injection(红花注射液).The clinical therapeutic effects and parameters such as endothelin1(ET1),nitric oxide(NO),attached factors on the surface of platelet(CD 62P ) were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:Total effective rate was 91 30% in verification group and 60 80% in control group( P <0 05).After treatment,ET1〔(81 28± 19 56) ng/L 〕,NO〔(89 41± 12 35) mmol/L〕 and CD 62p 〔(1 32±0 04)%〕 had more significant improvement respectively than those before treatment ( P <0 05 or P <0 01) in verification group,and had significant difference compared with control group (all P <0 05).Conclusions:Xiangdan injection can not only obviously improve the symptoms of stroke portent syndrome,but also has remarkably effects on patient′s vascular endothelium and activated function of platelet.
