肠内营养加黄芪对创伤大鼠白介素-2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察肠内营养加免疫调节剂黄芪对创伤大鼠白介素 2 (IL 2 )水平的影响。方法 :4 0只 SD大鼠 ,随机分为正常对照组、创伤对照组、创伤后肠内营养治疗组和肠内营养加黄芪治疗组 (每组 10只 )。采用双侧股骨离断及胃内硅胶管置入术建立创伤及肠内营养模型 ,创伤后 3～ 5小时分别行单纯肠内营养或肠内营养加黄芪治疗 6日 ,取血测血清 IL 2水平。结果 :创伤后大鼠血清 IL 2水平明显下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;给予肠内营养或肠内营养加黄芪治疗后 ,血清 IL 2水平均上升 ,以肠内营养加黄芪组升高明显 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :创伤后大鼠细胞免疫功能下降 ,肠内营养加黄芪治疗后可提高血清 IL 2水平 ,改善机体细胞免疫功能。Objective:To observe the effects of early enteral nutrition add astragalus on serum interleukin2(IL2) of traumatic rats.Methods:Forty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal control group (group A),traumatic group (group B),enteral nutrition group(group C) and enteral nutrition add astragalus group (group D).The animal model was formed by bilateral femurs fracture and intrastomach catheterization.The rats in group C and group D received early enteral nutrition (35 hours after trauma) and enteral nutrition add astragalus treatment for 6 days,then the blood were collected to measure the serum IL2 level by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results:Concentration of serum IL2 decreased after truma( P <0 05),and increased significantly after enateral nutrition and enternal nutrition add astragalus treatment,and the effect of enteral nutrition add astragalus treatment was obvious( P <0 05).Conclusions:The cellular immune function of rats is decreased after trauma.The treatment of early enteral nutrition add astragalus can improve cellular immune function by increasing the concentration of serum IL2.
