黄芪和冬虫夏草对心脏病左心室舒张功能及血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨黄芪和冬虫夏草对舒张性心力衰竭的作用及其临床意义。方法 :应用黄芪和冬虫夏草治疗6 8例冠心病和高血压心脏病 (高心病 )患者 ,检测患者用药前后左室舒张功能 ,如左房内径 (L AD)、舒张早期最大血流速度 (PVE)、舒张晚期最大血流速度 (PVA)及 PVE/PVA比值 ;同时取血测定血脂 ,如总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (L DL C)。结果 :6 8例患者用药 8周后 ,左室舒张功能及血脂各指标均较用药前有显著改善 (P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :黄芪和冬虫夏草能改善冠心病、高心病患者左室舒张功能和血脂。Objective:To investigate the effect of astragalus and Cordyceps sinensis on left ventricula function and hypercholesterol in patients with diastolic heart failure.Methods:Changes of left ventricular diastolic function such as left atrial dimension(LAD),the early diastolic peakvalue velocity of blood flow(PVE),the late diastolic peakvalue velocity of blood flow(PVA),PVE/PVA,and lipidemia 〔total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high density lipidcholesterol(HDLC),low density lipidcholesterol(LDLC)〕 in 68 cases of hypertension and coronary heart disease before and after treatment were observed.Results:There were significant difference on left ventricular diastolic function and lipidemia before and after treatment in 68 cases at 8 weeks (all P <0 01).Conclusions:Combined astragalus and Cordyceps sinensis can improve left ventricular diastolic function and lipidemia.
