利迈先(克拉霉素)治疗急性泌尿生殖道感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察利迈先治疗急性泌尿生殖道感染的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机对照试验 ,以马斯平为对照药 ,共收治急性泌尿生殖道感染210例 ,利迈先组和马斯平组各105例。结果 :利迈先总有效率为89 52 % ,对致病菌的高敏率为64 76 % ;马斯平组相应为78 09 %、48 57 % ,差异有显著性意义 (P<0 05)。利迈先组不良反应发生率为1 9 %。结论 :利迈先治疗急性泌尿生殖道感染临床疗效显著 ,是一种安全。OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of Limaixian on acute urogenital infections.METHODS:Taking Maxiprime as control remedy,210 cases of acute urogenital infections were randomly divided into Limaixian group (105 cases) and Maxiprime group(105 cases).RESULTS:The total effective rate and sensitive rate to pathogens of Limaixian were 89.52%and 64.76% respectively and corresponding rates of Maxiprime were 78.09% and 48.57% respectively with significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of ARDs of Limaixian was 1.9%.CONCLUSION:Limaixian is obviously effective in treating acute urogenital infections and is a safe and effective antimicrobial.
