摘　　要：目的 :探讨人参红景天合剂对小鼠机体补体活性的影响。方法 :采用琼脂糖平板溶血法。将 60只小鼠分成六组 ,每组 1 0只 ,进行血清总补体活性测定。结果 :游泳组、高运组和高游组与对照组比较总补体活性明显降低 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,而药运组和药游组总补体活性已接近正常 ,与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5)。结论Objective: It is to study the effect of Ginseng rhodiolae decoction on the rats' complement activation. Methods: Sixty rats were divided into six groups (there were ten rats in every group), and were accepted complement activation examinations by agar diffusion method. Results: The total complement activation of Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴgroup were all lower than that of control group ( P <0.01), there were no significant different among Ⅳ,Ⅵ group and control group ( P >0.05). Conclusion: Ginseng rhodiolae decoction can improve the rats' complement activation.
