摘 要:报道了采用熔融慢冷工艺制备具有织构生长的YBCO体材的方法。较详细地阐述了粉末烧结YBCO坯料在1100℃下的熔融分解和随后通过包晶反应温度及附近温区的缓慢冷却速度对织构生长的影响,还报道了采用熔融慢冷工艺制备的YBCO体材的临界电流密度。结果表明,熔融慢冷工艺是一种制备具有高J_c值的YBCO体材的有效方法,采用这种工艺方法已获得临界电流密度达63405A/cm^2(77K,1T。H∥ab面)的YBCO体材样品。A melt-slow cooling processing method for the fabrication of YBCO bulk with texture growth is Presented in this Paper. The melt decomposition of powder sintering YBCO pellet at 1100℃, the effects of slow cooling rate though peritectic react temperature and near temperature zone on texture growth and critical current density in YBCO bulk prepared by the melt-slow cooling process are expounded. Results show that the melt-slow cooling process is a effective for fabricating YBCO bulk with high current density. The critical current density up to 63405A/cm^2 (77K, 1T, H//a-b plane) in YBCO bulk sample prepared by this method has been obtained.
