摘　　要：探讨了退浆酶和煮练酶的性能及其在前处理工艺中的应用 ,采用正交试验 ,确定了最佳工艺条件。通过半制品质量检测和染色试验 ,并经过大车试生产 ,认为此工艺可以取代传统碱煮练双氧水漂白工艺。Properties of desizing enzyme, and scouring enzyme as well as their application in pretreatment were discussed. The optimum process conditions were settled by orthogonal test. This new process is proved as an alternative to traditional alkali scouring and H 20 2 bleaching process through semi-products quality inspection, dyeing practice and bulk process.
