摘  要:测试不同缝纫条件下丝绸面料的接缝强力及断裂伸长率。在各种缝口破坏形式共存下,影响它们最主要的缝纫条件是缝纫线细度,其次是缝迹密度。This paper reports the testing of the seam strength and seam breakage extension rate of silk textiles under different sewing conditions (sewing-trace density, needle size, sewing-thread thickness) through cross tests. The testing results indicate that under the coexisting conditions of all kind of seam damage forms, the most important sewing condition to affect the seam strength and seam breakage extension rate is sewing-thread thickness, and the minor one is sewing-trace density. The result has certain theoretical and practical values to the choice of sewing condition and the control of garment sewing quality with shell silk fabrics.
