摘　　要：纱线毛羽直接影响织机的织造效率 ,为了降低涤纶纱及高比例混纺纱毛羽 ,通过对前纺过程进行分析和对毛羽的测试比较 ,发现纤维的细度、纤维的梳理与伸直度、梳理隔距、粗纱的定量与加压等对涤纶纱及高比例混纺纱毛羽影响显著 ,并提出了相应的控制方法。The Yarn hairiness influences the weaving efficiency directly.In order to decrease the hairiness of polyester yarn and high content polyester yarn through the theoretical analysis of fore spinning process and the comparison of hairiness testing,there comes the conclusion that the fiber fineness,the extent of the fiber carding and straightness,the card setting,the roving weight and pressure,etc,all have the remarkable influence on the forming of the hairiness of polyester and the high content polyester yarn.And it raises the responding controlling method.
