摘　　要：本文试图阐明人、计算机和决策支持之间的相互关系,以便今后更好地设计和开发决策支持系统DSS。首先,以知识获取、记忆、思維和智能(问题求解能力)为主线对人和计算机进行了对比分析,描述了计算机的特点(长处和短处)和人的特点(长处和短处)。然后,根据决策的需求阐明了计算机在决策支持中的作用及其地位,并且指出了决策支持系统DSS的设计原则。This paper tries to present the relationship among man,computer and decision support in order to develop better decision support systems and make better use of them. First,man and computer are comparedin four aspects--knowledge acquisition, memory, thinking andintelligence. The characteristics of man and computer are described. Then, the role and status of computer in decision support are presented in terms of the need of decision-making. Finally, the principles for designing DSS are indicated.
