钴与5—磺酸[杯(4)芳烃偶氮]氨基喹啉显色反应的研究及应用

摘　　要：合成了新试剂 5—磺酸 [杯 ( 4)芳烃偶氮 ]氨基喹啉 ,并研究了该试剂与钴显色反应条件。结果表明 ,在pH >1 2的碱性介质中 ,在TritonX -1 0 0存在下 ,CAQ与钴发生显色反应 ,生成 1∶1稳定络合物。λmax=65 0nm ,ε=4 .80× 1 0 4L·mol- 1·cm- 1,钴含量在 0～ 1 2 0 0 μg/L内符合比耳定律。方法用于矿样中钴的测定 。A new agent is synthensized and conditions of color reaction between the new agent and cobalt are studied.In the alkaline medium,CAQ and cobalt have color reaction with the existence of Trion X-100 and form 1∶1 stable complex compound.The molor absorptivity is 4.80×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 650 nm,Beer's law is obeyed in the cobalt range of 0～1 200 μg/L.The method can be applied to the determination of cobalt in the ore samples with satisfactory results.
