摘 要:以果糖 1,6 二磷酸和脱氧腺苷三磷酸两种普遍的有机磷化合物为标样 ,探讨了干燥温度的高低对海洋沉积物有机磷分析的影响。沉积物于较高温度下干燥 ,用灰化法分析有机磷时 ,1mol/LHCl浸提 (16h)会引起未灰化样品中有机磷的明显水解 ,从而低估有机磷的含量。据此 ,作者认为 ,样品的干燥应当尽可能在较低温度下进行。Effects of different drying way on analysis of organic phosphorus in marine sediments, with fructose 1,6 diphosphate (tri sodium salt) and dATP as standard organic phosphorus, have been studied. The results indicate that higher drying temperature can lead to underestimate the content of organic phosphorus in sediments. If both the sediment and the ignited sediment are extracted with 1 mol/L HCl at room temperature for 16~18 h, it is suggested that the drying of samples should be operated at temperature not higher than 60℃. In contrast, the extraction procedures of sediments with 0.2 mol/L HCl at 80℃ for 30 min is more suitable for analysis of organic phosphorus than with 1 mol/L HCl at room temperature for 16~18 h.
