摘 要:针对黑龙江省电网220 kV电压偏高的问题,对省网电压、稳定情况进行了计算研究。根据各地区具体情况,采取了经济可行的调压措施,将调整电厂主变分接头位置、机组进相运行、加装电抗器等措施有效地结合起来进行电压的综合治理。进相运行机组最大单机容量为600MW。部分500 kV系统电抗器采用了过补偿的方法。实践证明,进行电压综合治理后,黑龙江省网500 kV、220 kV电压水平均有明显改善,电压合格率已超过99%,对电气设备的安全运行起到了良好的作用。The voltage in 220 kV Heilongjiang powernetwork often exceeds the specified upper limit in the night. To solve this problem, after calculating and analyzing the voltage and stability of the 220kV power network, some economic and feasible measures, such as adjusting the taps of maintransformers in power plants, carrying out leading phase operation, adding reactors, are effectively combined to implement thecomprehensive management of voltage. The maximum capacity of single unit operated in leading phase mode is 600 MW and a portion of 500 kV reactors operates in overcompensation mode. By use of these countermeasures the voltages in 500 kV and220kV power network are obviously improved, the fulfillment of voltage quality requirement exceeds 99%.
