摘　　要：新世纪是信息革命的时代 ,作为信息载体的网络、通信技术面临着新的挑战 ,高速、宽带网络传送平台将是未来通信的主流和基础网。随着WTO的加入 ,中国电信市场必将全面开放。论文着重探讨电力通信系统如何挖掘自身潜力 ,参与通信市场竞争等问题。With the coming of WTO,China telecom market will be opened completely.This paper mainly discussed the electric power telecommunications how to tap the latent power and participate in the competition of telecommunications market.
