摘 要:全介质自承式光缆 (ADSS)国际上普遍采用IEEEP12 2 2草案 ,由于具有一定的普遍性 ,因此缺少一些具体的参数。国家信息产业部制订了YD/T 980行业标准 ,但由于制订得比较匆忙 ,同时缺少电力系统技术人员参与 ,制订标准时没有考虑或者对电力系统的一些实际情况考虑不周 ,因此基本上系统内并没有采用。近几年来 ,虽然全介质自承式光缆在电力系统大量应用 ,但目前也出现了不少问题 ,因此迫切需要根据电力系统的实际情况和这几年的应用经验 ,制订电力系统的行业标准 ,为全介质自承式光缆的设计、生产、运行和安装提供规范。因此论文主要阐述了全介质自承式光缆电力行业标准的制订情况以及该标准与IEEEP12 2 2草案和YD/T 980标准的主要不同。The IEEE P1222(draft) is widely used in the world,because it has some universality,so the draft has not constituted parameters in some performances. The information industry ministry has constituted industry standard of YD/T 980, due to the time and no experts of electric power system attended,therefore it not considered or only part considered the fact conditions of electric power system,so the standard is not used in the system. In recent years,ADSS cable is greatly applied to electric power system,but some problems had happened in the past,so we must constitute our industry standard based on the fact conditions and applied experiences. The standard can provide specifications for design, operating,producing and installation etc. This paper describes the process of standard constitute as well as the main differences between IEEE P1222 and YD/T 980.
