摘 要:目的 观察竹节人参提取物对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用;方法 采用大鼠和小鼠脑缺血再灌注模型;取SD大鼠及昆明种小鼠各 40只,各随机分为 4组,SD大鼠给药组分别给于竹节人参提取物 0.2,0.4g/kg灌服 15 d;小鼠给药组分别给予竹节人参提取物 0.15,0.3 g/kg灌服 15 d,另设对照组及假手术组;观察脑组织乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量变化。结果S.D大鼠竹节人参提取物 0.2,0.4g/kg,小鼠竹节人参提取物 0 .15、0. 3 g/kg灌服,可显著提高脑组织 LDH及 SOD活性,明显降低丙二醛(MDA)含量。结论竹节人参提取物对S.D大鼠和小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有明显的保护作用。其机制与其抗氧自由基有关。Objevctive To observe the protection of panax japonicus extract against mice and rats cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods Cerebral ischemia reperfusion model of mice and rats were used. 40 rats and 40 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups to observe the activity of brain tissue lactic dehydrogenase and superoxide dismutase and content change of propylene glycol. Rats group was treated with panax japonicus extract for 0. 2, 0. 4 g/kg for 15 days; mice group was treated with panax japonicus extract for 0.15, 0. 3 g/kg for 15 days. Contrast group and pseudo operational group were set up too. Results Rats and mice treated above had obviously higher brain tissue lactic dehydrogenase activity and superoxide dismutase activity and lower malondialdehyde content. Conclusion Panax japonicus has an apparent protection against mice and rats cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury, its mechanism is related with its oxygen free radical.
