摘　　要：文章研究了基于内容的视频数据库系统的系统结构,并提出了适于按内容访问的视频数据模型,应用了视频特征提取和代表帧选取的技术以方便索引组织和视频查询浏览。针对粮虫智能监控系统的特点提出了利用图像分割和边缘提取技术的思想,不但有利于粮虫的分辨和统计,而且使得数据压缩比得到质的提高。This article researches the system structure of c on tent-based video database,and puts forward data model that suit for video data base,applies the distilling of video character and selecting of reprehensive fr ame to make the index organization and video query and browse convenient.Aimin g at the automatic monitor system characters,the article brings out the theory of image of segmentation and verdge pick-up,it is not only in favor of the di stinguish and calculate of the grain worm,but also can enhance the quality of the date compression.
