Univent Tube在双腔管插管困难病例中的应用

摘　　要：目的　观察UniventTube用于双腔管插管困难开胸手术的价值。方法　利用UniventTube插管容易 ,管径较细 ,可用光导引导插管等特点 ,对 8例气管造瘘后、病人气管细小、小下颌等病例 ,采用UniventTube进行开胸手术的单肺通气。结果　 8例困难病例中 ,UniventTube均能很好解决开胸手术单肺通气问题 ,无一例出现与UniventTube相关的合并症。结论　UniventTube操作简单 ,效果确切 ,能很好解决传统双腔管一些难以解决的问题。但由于UniventTube自身存在一些缺陷 ,如价格昂贵、吸引不畅、对位困难等 ,所以UniventTube不能全部替代传统双腔管用于开胸手术单肺通气。Objective In order to overcome the difficulty in anesthesia induction using double lumen tube DLT,the univent tube was used in thoracic operation anesthesia because of it's special efficacy Methods The single lung ventilation must be used in some thoracic operations Unfortunately DLT can not be used in some patients because of their abnormality For example:after tracheotomy thin trachea small mandibular etc Univent tube was used in this patients because of it's special efficacy With the thin diameter and fiberbrochoscope leading,univent tube is used easy in anesthesia induction Results In thirteen patients univent tube was used in induction The contradiction between single lung ventilation in operation and not using DLT was settled satisfyingly There is not any complication which associate using of univent tube Conclusion The using of univent tube is very simple The effect of univent tube is very good We can settled the contradiction satisfyingly between single lung ventilation in operation and not using DLT
