掌背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣的临床应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨掌背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣的临床应用效果。方法　以第一～第四掌背动脉为蒂设计逆行岛状皮瓣修复手部肌腱及骨关节暴露创面共 2 6例 ,皮瓣面积最大 8cm× 3cm ,最小 3cm× 2cm ,蒂最长达 4cm ,大部分供区直接缝合。结果　 2 6例皮瓣全部成活。术后随访 6个月～ 18个月 ,皮瓣质地、厚度良好。结论　以掌背动脉为蒂的逆行动脉岛状皮瓣血供可靠 ,切取简单方便 。Objectives: To investigate the clinical outcome of the metacarpal arteries reversed island flap.Methods: 26 case of metacarpal arteries flap were design for repairing the defect of hand, the largest flap was 8cm×3cm and the smallest 3cm×2cm, most of donor areas were sutured directly.Results:All the flap were survived. The appearance was satisfactory over a period of follow-up between 6～18 month.Conclusion:The flap is reliable in blood supply and convenient dissection, it can be suitable for reconstruction of the soft tissue defect in the hand.
