防水防油剂对纸浆模塑制品性能的影响

摘　　要：研究了HA-321型防水剂和F-321型防油剂在纸浆模塑制品中的作用机理。着重探讨了防水防油剂用量、添加方式及助留剂等对纸浆模塑制品耐水耐油性能的影响,得出的最佳工艺条件为:防水剂用量4%,防油剂用量0.6%,助留剂用量0.05%。同时,从使用性能和价格两方面进行了分析与评价。Reaction mechanism of waterproof agent HA321and oil-proof agent F-321with the sodium sulfite pulp is studied.Effect of oil-proof agent dosage,its adding procedure and usage of retention aid on waterproof and oil-proof properties of the pulp is focused.The opti-mum formulation of4%(on O.D pulp weight )waterproof agent ,0.6%oil-proof agent and0.05%retention aid APMP is recommended.
