摘 要:研究了蓖麻油的酯交换甲酯化反应 ,采用气相色谱法定量检测脂肪酸甲酯的组成 ,确定了蓖麻油中键合甘油量为 9 89% ,甲酯混合物中蓖麻醇酸甲酯质量分数为 88%。工艺优化试验结果为 :反应在室温下进行 ,甲醇用量为理论量的 3倍 ,m (甲醇钠 )∶m (蓖麻油 ) =0 4~ 0 5∶10 0 ,反应时间为 3 0min~ 40min。该优化条件下 ,所得甲酯混合物收率 98%以上 ,蓖麻油全部转化 ,其中 96%转化为甲酯 ,其余为少量的单甘酯和微量的二甘酯。The methyl-esterification of castor oil by ester exchanging reaction were studied.The reacting mixtures were determinated by GC,it was showed that the banded glycerol content in the castor oil is 9 89 % ,the methyl ricinoleate content in the produced methyl ester mixture is 88 % .The optimum process conditions were as follow;the reaction was carried on at room temperature,the methanol used amounts was 3 times of the theoretical amounts,the catalyst amounts to castor oil was 0 4 % ~ 0 5 % ,the reaction time was 30 min ~ 40 min .In this conditions,the conversion of castor oil to methyl ester was about 96 % ,the yield of mixed methyl ester was up to 98 % .
