摘　　要：综述了N -烷基葡糖酰胺 (NAGA)的合成和性能。NAGA是一种带有阴离子性质的新型非离子表面活性剂 ,它是由N 烷基胺、葡萄糖和脂肪酸酯为原料合成制得。葡萄糖和N 烷基胺在 10℃～ 5 0℃先加成 ,再在镍催化下于 40℃～ 80℃下加氢制得N -烷基葡糖胺。N -烷基萄糖胺与脂肪酸酯在碱催化下反应生成NAGA。NAGA与烷基多苷相似 ,具有优良的表面活性 。The synthesis and property of N-alkyl glucamide (NAGA) was reviewed.NAGA is a novel nonionic surfactant,which is made from N-alkyl amine,glucose and fatty acid ester.The adduct product,which results form N-alkyl amine and glucose at 10 ℃～50 ℃,is hydrogenated at 40 ℃～80 ℃ in the presence of Ni.NAGA is produced by the amidation of N-alkyl amine and fatty acid ester in the presence of basic catalyst.Like APG,the properties of NAGA are excellent.NAGAs properties can be adjusted by the carbon number of hydrophobic group.
