摘　　要：根据模拟电子电路功率输出级或直流稳压电源时常出现的过载或短路现象 ,优化设计了几例限流式保护电路 ,论述了它们在制作工艺上的若干项技术 ,并通过实验验证了所设计电路工作可靠、性能优良 ,因而它们是具有实用价值的。In accordance with the poor overload capacity,the poor short-circuit capability and the poor temperature stability of the conventional output stages,a number of improved protection circuits have been optimally designed.And the result of the tests is that these circuits are practical,for they have reliable action and better characteristics.
