摘　　要：网络技术以及现代教育技术的发展,国家教育政策的扶持等给网络教育带来了良好的发展契机。作为一种新兴的教育形式,网络教育还处在发展初期,制约网络教育发展的主要因素是网络课程的制作以及学习支持系统的建设。The development of on-line and modern education technology and support fro m the government's education policy have brought in good opportunities for on- line education.As a new mode of education,on-line educa-tion is just at its initial stage.The key factors that confine the development of on-line educat ion are on-line course production and construction of learning support system.
