摘　　要：介绍了利用Java语言及ASP技术开发IP网络流量费用统计和基于Web的账单查询系统。从根本上缓解了以往人工统计费用和发送账单的庞大工作量 ,并且提高了流量费用计算的准确性。真正实现了网络流量计费和账单发送、账务查询的自动化。Developing the system of cost statistic of IP network flows and tab searched based on web by Java and ASP are illuminated. It not only can lighten the large workloads of cost statistic and sent the tab radically which is finished by manpower anciently but also can advance the nicety of cost counted of network flows. So the automatic cost statistic,tab sent,cost searched are achieved authentically.
