清华大学综合教务系统在教务管理中的应用

摘　　要：为加速高校教务管理改革的进程,运用先进的信息技术,开发了清华大学综合教务管理信息系统。该系统由学籍管理、教学计划管理、成绩管理、排课、选课等十几个模块组成。实现了教务一级管理、规范化管理、信息共享等多项改革目标。运行结果表明,综合教务管理系统不仅是一种管理手段,而是促进教务体制改革、实现教务管理信息化、现代化的重要举措。To speed up the reform process of the educational administration of colleges and universities,the information system of synthetically educational administration management is developed by advanced information technology.The sys-tem consisted of more than ten modules,such as the management of one's status as a student ,the teaching plan man-agement ,the result management ,the arrangement and selection of courses,and so on.The reform objects of the first class management for the educational administration,the standardize management ,and the information sharing are obtained.The running results show that the system is not only a management method,but also an important act of promoting the ed-ucational administration structural reforms and realizing the information and modernization of the educational administra-tion.
