摘 要:考察了加氢裂化操作条件对柴油产品质量的影响,结果表明:原料油的链烷烃含量高,其加氢裂化所得柴油的十六烷值也高,芳烃含量低;反之,若原料油的芳烃含量高,则加氢裂化柴油的芳烃含量也高,而十六烷值低;采用全循环方式操作所得加氢裂化装置柴油产品的质量要优于采用部分循环和单程通过的操作方式;提高反应压力会增加加氢裂化装置的建设投资和操作费用,但同时也提高了加氢裂化柴油产品的质量及加氢裂化装置处理原料油的灵活性;柴油馏分切割点对加氢裂化柴油产品质量有一定影响;提高加氢裂化深度,有利于提高柴油产品的十六烷值。The effects of hydrocracking operating conditions on the quality of diesel products were investi-gated. High alkane content feedstock resulted in high cetane number and low aromatics content of the hydrocracking diesel, on the contrary, high aromatics content of the feedstock resulted in low cetane number and high aromatics con-tent of the hydrocracking diesel. The diesel quality of total recycle operation mode was better than partial recycle and once-through operation modes. Although raising the reaction pressure would increase the unit investment and operating cost, however, the quality of diesel product was improved and the flexibility of processing various feedstocks was en-hanced. The cut point of the diesel had certain effect on the product quality. Deepening the hydrocracking conversion favoured high cetane number of the diesel product.
