摘 要:苏桥地区是华北油田近年勘探开发的主力区块,目的层埋藏深,地层压力变化大,并伴有煤层。该地区潜山气井或含气油井固井时的漏失和固井后的气窜问题,严重地伤害了油气层,影响了勘探开发进程。结合本地区地质情况复杂、井底温度高的特点,通过对减轻材料的优选、外加剂间配伍性的研究和防气窜机理分析,提出使用保护油气层的两凝水泥浆体系固井。其中优选出的低密度水泥浆体系流变性好、失水量低、稠化时间合理、过渡时间短、水泥石抗压强度高。现场应用表明,该水泥浆体系既减少了固井过程中的漏失、提高了固井质量,又有效地保护了油气层。Suqiao block is one of the focuses for exploration and development in Huabei oilfield in recent years, yet the reservoir burying depth is deep and the formation pore pressure changes widely, and coal beds also exist. Lost circulation during cementing and gas channeling after that can cause large scale of formation damage in the gas wells or gas-containing wells in the buried hill. A dual-setting cementing slurry system is presented for formation protection, based on the studies on compatibility between additives and anti-channeling mechanism, and by selecting suitable lighting materials. The optimized lightweight cement has good rheological property, low fluid loss, proper thickening time, short transforming time, and higher compressibility. Field using proves that this system minimizes lost circulation during cementing, improves cementing quality and minimizes formation damage as well.
