摘  要:胜利石油管理局海洋钻井公司的钻井液技术巳完成了从淡水配浆到海水配浆的发展阶段,形成了一套比较完善的专项工艺技术,但钻井液技术的管理仍存在严重不足,部分钻井液处理剂使用不合理。钻井液管理存在的问题为:①钻井液设计与现场施工不符,针对性不强;②钻井液管理体制与现场施工不协调,服务没有标准,监督没有依据,执“法”不严;③钻井液处理剂把关不严,虽层层设网络,各级设检验机构,但仍有部分质量差的产品用于钻井;④有些处理剂使用不合理,如降滤失剂和增粘剂。通过分析,对加强钻井液管理提出了相应的建议:①加强钻井液设计管理,设计要结合地层特性、钻井工艺和平台实际,尽量做得周密、细致;②理顺管理体制;③合理地使用钻井液处理剂。A set of drilling fluid technology has been developed in the offshore drilling in Shengli Oilfield, and sea water has taken the place of fresh water as mixing water, yet there are still disadvantages remained to be resolved. The problems exist in drilling fluid management can be concluded as: 1. Drilling fluid design cannot meet the requirements of field operation; 2. Drilling fluid management system does not go with field operation, and on-site service and supervision lack of standards and foundations; 3. Loose product inspection, that some additives of poor quality are used in drilling; 4. The use of some additives such as filtrate reducer and viscosifier is unsuitable. Suggestions on enhancing drilling fluid management are proposed, e. g. , improve drilling fluid design, establish a proper set of management system and better use of drilling fluid additives.
