摘　　要：MBHW02井是为最大限度地开发莫北油田侏罗系三工河组油藏而布置的一口水平井。该井地质条件复杂,吐谷鲁组水化造浆性极强,易缩径;西山窖组含3段煤层,煤层上下为硬脆性碳质泥岩,易剥落掉块;三工河组泥岩吸水性和粘性极强,易缩径、阻卡;三开直井段与造斜段、水平段处于同一裸眼井段,裸眼段长,增加了钻井液携岩、降摩阻难度。MBHW02水平井三开采用钾钙基聚合醇屏蔽钻井液,钻进中强化钻井液的防塌性、携岩性和润滑性,最大限度地保护油气层,性能控制以滤饼质量为基础,强调滤饼的封堵能力,降低滤失量,API滤失量控制在3ML左右,高温高压滤失量(80℃)控制在10 mL以内;在强化滤饼封堵能力的同时改善滤液性质,减小滤液对地层的影响,滤液中的K+含量控制在6-10 g/L内,Ca2+含量控制在500-600 mg/L内;保持高分子量聚合物的浓度,增加滤液粘度,减小滤液渗入地层的速度及深度。实钻表明,钾钙基聚合醇屏蔽暂堵钻井液防塌能力强,井壁稳定,井径规则;具有较高的初切值和(?)3、(?)6值,悬浮能力强;具有较强的抑制性和润滑性,摩阻和扭矩低;保护油层效果好,渗透率恢复率达91％,保证了该井安全快速施工。Well MBHW02 is a horizontal well planed to develop the reservoirs in the Jurassic system in Mobei oilfield, Xinjiang. The geological conditions are very complicated, as mud making, hole shrinkage and pipe sticking because of sand setting are likely to occur. In the 215. 9 mm hole, vertical section, kicking off section and horizontal section are all in the same open hole, and this makes it more difficult for cuttings transportation and friction reduction. Potassium and calcium based polyol drilling fluid of temporary plugging is adopted in the 215. 9 mm hole, and shale control, cuttings transportation and lubricity are controlled during drilling to minimize formation damage. Filtrate cake property is key of mud performance control, and its plugging capacity must be enhanced to reduce filtration, i. e. , API fluid loss should be controlled at 3 mL, and HPHT fluid loss in 80℃should be controlled within 10 mL. Filtrate property must also be improved at the same time to minimize its influence to formation, i. e. , the content of K+ should be controlled within 6-10 g/L, and Ca2+ of 500-600 mg/L. The concentration of high molecular weight polymer must be maintained and the viscosity of filtrate increased to minimize the speed and depth of filtration into the formation. Field using shows the advantages of the potassium-calcium based polyol-drilling fluid, such as good shale control and borehole stability, better suspension and lubricity, low friction and torque. Its formation protection results are also remarkable, permeability recovery reaches up to 91%.
