摘　　要：扼要介绍自1994年以来在渤海及南海海域从事吸力锚及筒型基础平台的设计、研究、现场实验与监测以及制造与安装等系列工作的经验,并从一个致力于近海工程开发事业的专业企业发展的角度回顾总结这些经验,提出以适应我国近海工程发展要求为出发点进一步提高技术水平和管理水平的思考。The systematical engineering experience since 1994 of design,research,field test/monitoring measurement as well as fabrication/installation for suction anchors and bucket foundation platforms in the Bohai Gulf and also in the South China Sea are conciseh/introduced, and according to the experience, some contemplative considerations of further improvement in technical and management abilities for an offshore engineering development company aiming at the offshore petroleum industry requirement are presented.
