摘 要:工作辊与冷却液之间对流换热系数的确定是轧辊温度场分析的难点。简要分析了轧制过程中的热量转移 ,应用大型有限元软件 ANSYS分析了铝带轧机工作辊与冷却液之间的换热特性 ,得到了工作辊表面与冷却液之间的对流换热系数和热流密度 ,仿真结果表明 ,对流换热系数值和热流密度值均随工作辊表面温度降低而减小。仿真结果得到了实测结果的验证。It is usually difficulty to obtain film coefficients between the working roll and the coolant fluid as we solve the temperature field of the roll. Convective heat transfer is analyzed in brief during the milling. With the famous software ANSYS, property of convective heat transfer between working roll and coolant fluid of aluminum strip mill is analyzed in detail, and the value of film coefficients at different temperature between the working roll and coolant fluid is obtained. The results of simulation show that the value of film coefficients and the value of heat flux will decrease as the temperature of the working roll drops. These results are consistent with the experiments.
