摘　　要：介绍了FIDIC(国际咨询工程师联合会 )面向 2 1世纪推出的 4个新版合同条件在管理模式、质量控制、价格模式和风险分摊方面的特点、责任与权利。随着工程建设的全球化 ,了解和熟悉FIDIC合同条件 ,无疑为我国的业主或承包商在基本建设项目的招投标和工程实施过程中 ,选择符合国际惯例的合同条件、制定对自己较为有利的策略。The present paper briefly introduces the contractual conditions and features of the new version of four FIDIC contracts published for the new centcery, in which the managerial pattern, quality control, price mode and apportionment of risks as well as liabilities and rights are clearly defined. With the globalization of the construction engineering it is no doubt of vital significance for all the proprietors and contractors of our country to learn and familiarize the FIDIC contractual conditions in selection of the contractual conditions in conformity to the international practice and formulation of the most advantageous strategies and improvement of the managerial level in the process of bidding a capital construction project and implementing the project as well.
