摘 要:深海破碎机的振动信号在运行中能及时反应其时变特性 ,特别是在破碎机出现故障时其振动信号中包括了许多故障信息。本文利用小波包的原理分解振动信号 ,根据分解后信号中“波段 能量”的对应关系 ,判断是正常状态还是出现故障。研究表明 ,小波分析应用于深海设备的故障诊断相当成功 。Vibration signal of a deep sea crusher can immediately reflect its time varied sensitivity in the course of operation. Especially, when the deep sea crusher is out of order, its vibration signal carries much fault information. The vibration signal is resolved using the wavelet packet principle. According the corresponding relation between wave range and energy in the composed signal, the authors can judge whether the crusher is of order or not. The results have shown that it is very successful for the wavelef package to diagnose faults of the deep sea crusher. Therefore, its application and invertigation are extending gradually.
