摘  要:借助OM、SEM、EDS等技术 ,对锌白铜线材冷拔成形过程中的断裂原因进行了深入探讨。结果表明 :铸造时引入硫及其他杂质。The mechanism for the fracture produced during the drawing process of cupronickel alloys with lead has been investigated by means of OM?SEM and EDS techniques. The results indicated that the excessive impurity sulfur in the melting and casting operations, excessively high temperature and dezimcification in the intermediate annealing process were the main reasons that caused fracture during the drawing operations.
