摘 要:在 pH 5 .0 0的NaOAc HOAc缓冲溶液中 ,在CTMAB的存在下 ,间氟苯基荧光酮 (m FPF)本身呈现较强的荧光 (λex=36 5nm ,λem=5 6 3nm )。微克量铁 (Ⅲ )在此条件下 ,能与m FPF生成配合物而使m FPF CTMAB体系产生荧光熄灭现象。荧光强度的减弱 (ΔF)与铁 (Ⅲ )浓度在0~ 3.0 μg/ 2 5ml范围内呈良好的线性关系。该反应对铁 (Ⅲ )的检出限为 1.12 μg·L- 1,已应用于自来水和人发试样中微量铁的测定。It is found that in an acetate buffer of pH 5.00 and in the presence of CTMAB, m fluorophenylfluorone exhibits strong fluorescence at λ ex 365nm and λ em 563nm. Fluorescence quenching effect is observed by its reaction with microamounts of Fe(Ⅲ) forming a complex between Fe(Ⅲ) and m FPF CTMAB. The decrease of fluorescence intensity (Δ F ) is found to be proportional to the concentration of Fe(Ⅲ) ion, and linear relationship is found in the range of 0~3.0μg of Fe(Ⅲ) per 25ml of solution. A detection limit of 1.12μg·L -1 for iron(Ⅲ) is found. Based on these facts, a simple and sensitive method of fluorophotometric determination of micro amounts of iron in samples of tap water and human hair is proposed.
