摘　　要：在海上发生的各类事件中,用GMDSS系统和设备应对处理的不规范化,已对船舶和人员安全构成潜在危险。根据有关GMDSS条款,结合工作实践,重点探讨了利用GMDSS应对突发遇险事件的策略问题,提出了完整的处理程序。In all kinds of accidents happening at sea,irregular processing by means of GMDSS system and equipment has resulted in danger to the safety of ships and crew. According to concerned GMDSS regulations and the experience,this paper points out the methods of dealing with the accidents by GMDSS,and it offers the complete procedure. [
