摘　　要：运用现代育种理论和方法,建立了对引入品种兔的选育制度和法系獭兔的选育体系。经选育,法系獭兔在繁殖性能、体重指标和被毛品质等方面均有不同程度的遗传进展。同时,估测了数量性状、数量参数,并对血液中LDH同工酶、AKP活性进行了分析。良种推广至全国20多个省市区,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。The systems of selection and breeding for introduced rabbit variety and French Rex Rabbit were set up with modern breeding theories and methods.Selective reaction in different degree was obtained in reproductive performance,body weight and fur quality by working.Genetic parameters of the quantitative traits were estimated,simultaneously,LDH isoenzymes and the activities of AKP were analyzed.We have made the fine breed cover all over the country and contributed our bits to the national tactics on western developing and achieved remarkable benefits in economy and society.
