摘　　要：通过分析农业科技现状及其发展趋势 ,指出农业科技创新是农村经济发展的不竭动力 ,揭示了农业科技创新的主体是农业院校和农业科研单位及其科教人员 ,客体是农业科技的产品、服务、生产工艺、生产设备、生产材料、结构功能等 ,主要形式是农业技术开发、农业技术改造和农业技术引进 ,强调要加快新型农业科技创新体系建设 ,提出必须从思维创新、制度创新、管理创新、技术创新、市场创新。Through analyzing the current state and developing trend of agricultural technology and science,we try to point out that the innovation of agricultural technology is the basical motive force.And it is showed that the subjects of innovation of agricultural technology and science are agricultural technological institutes and institutions as well as the intellectuals in them,while the objects include products,service,productive technique,working equipments,materials,structures and functions,and so on.The main ways of innovation are development,reformation and import of agricultural technology and science.It is emphasized that the new innovation system construction of new agricultural technology and science must be accelerated.And the agricultural technological innovation must follow the innovation of ideas,systems,techniques,markets and surroundings so as to be improved.[HJ5:1]
