摘  要:研究了ZSM-5沸石催化剂上苯与乙烯气相烷基化反应工艺条件。较佳的工艺条件为:反应温度350~430℃,反应压力1.0~1.8 MPa,苯/乙烯摩尔比7~9,乙烯空速2~4.5 h^(-1)。在此条件下,乙烯转化率和乙基选择性大于99.4%。The reaction conditions for preparing ethylbenzene from benzene and ethylene by vapor phase alkylation over ZSM - 5 zeolite catalyst were studied. The optimum conditions for the alkylation of benzene with ethylene were as follows: temperature 350 - 430℃, pressure 1.0 - 1.8 MPa, ethylene WHSV 24.5 h-1 and mole ratio of benzene to ethylene 7 - 9. Under these conditions, the conversion of ethylene was more than 99.7 % and the selectivity of ethylbenzene plus diethylbenzene was more than 99.4 % .
