摘　　要：醇析法是一种有效分离提纯黄原胶的方法。比较了不同预处理方法对黄原胶质量及收率的影响,并对采用硅藻土过滤法进行预处理,醇析法分离提纯黄原胶工艺条件进行优化,得到了最佳工艺操作条件。Alcohol precipitation is an efficient method for separation and purification of xanthan gum. Different pre-treatment methods were compared according to the quality and yield of xanthan gum. The process conditions of separation and purification via diatom earth filtration and alcohol precipitation were studied . The optimum process conditions were determined.
