大隐静脉高位结扎并浅静脉电凝术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :对比研究大隐静脉高位结扎并浅静脉电凝术治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效。方法 :研究组 :采用大隐静脉高位结扎并浅静脉电凝术 30例 ;对照组 :采用传统手术方法 (高位结扎加迂曲静脉剥脱术 )30例。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后开始下床活动时间、住院天数等指标。结果 :研究组与对照组术中出血、下床时间、拆线时间、住院天数、手术时间均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :大隐静脉高位结扎并浅静脉电凝术的临床综合疗效明显优于传统手术方法 (高位结扎加迂曲静脉剥脱术 ) 。Objective:To sum up the clinical value of applying high ligation of great saphenous vein and electrocoagulation of superficial vein to the treatment of varicosis of great saphenous vein.Methods:High ligation and electrocoagulation were treated in 30 patients with varicosis of great saphenous vein.The 30 cases in the control group were treated by high ligation and stripping of varicose vein.Comparisons and statistical analyses of the operating time,the amount of intraoperative bleeding,the postoperative recovery time and the duration of hospitali- zation were made between the two groups.Results:Significant differences (P<0.01,P<0.05)were found in the amount of intraoperative bleeding,the recovery time,the time to remove the stitches,the duration of hospitalization and the operating time between the two groups.Conclusion:The combination of high ligation great saphenous vein and electrocoagulation of superficial vein has proved to be more effective than the traditional method and deserves to be widely used in clinical treatment.
