摘  要:对天然醛缩酶的作用机理进行了一般性阐述 ,在此基础上详细回顾了近几年对两类醛缩酶的模拟催化不对称直接Aldol反应 。Some recent progresses in the aldolase-mimic catalyzed direct asymmetric Aldol reaction are reviewed in detail, along with a general description of natural aldolase, including both type I and II. Several typical catalytic system such as L-proline, LLB and Zn(II)-semi-crown complexes were described and the catalytic abilities were compared. The prospects of this hot field are also discussed.
